Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are based on your selected shipping method and shipment weight. For orders worth $59.99 or less, shipping charges are applicable based on following shipping rate matrix:

Example: UPS Ground shipping charges for an order weighing 3 Lb, will be $6.99 (i.e. $5.49 base charges + 3 x $0.50 per Lb charges).

Currently we are not shipping to any of the following addresses:
P.O. Box addresses
APO/FPO Military addresses
U.S. territories
Non-US/International addresses

Note
Order Weighing 1 or less than 1 Lb will be shipped by USPS

Free Shipment
Herbs4USA.com offers everyday Free shipping on orders worth $59.99 or above. All Free Shipping orders are shipped via USPS/UPS Ground service.

Free shipping is available for:

• Addresses within 48 contiguous states of United States
• Order weight less than 6 Lbs

Free shipping is not available for:

• States of Alaska or Hawaii
• Overweight Orders - i.e. equal or more than 6 Lbs
• Please Note That If your order will be shipped partialy, your order amount may not meet our freeshipping amount, in that case Free shipping will not be applied to your order.

Overweight Orders
Free shipping offer is available on orders weighing less than 6 Lbs. For orders weighing equal or more than 7 Lbs, we are offering discounted shipping rates as following:

Packages over 20 pounds may require additional shipping time.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is applied at the rate of 9.75% of merchandise value (before discounts) on orders shipping within State of California.

International Orders

Order Processing
Please allow 2-5 business days for order to be processed. If an ordered product is in back order or discontinued from our supplier, we will let you know through email or telephone within five days of your order. Backordered or discontinued part of your order will be cancelled automatically.

Order Cancellation
We facilitate our customers with the incentives that no other business can. We provide you a facility by which you can cancel your orders from Member Area within 24hrs and even if it has been more than 24hrs and if you are having any problem in doing that you can email us at support@Herbs4USA.com and our customer support representative will do that for you.

Order Returns
Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return any item for refund.

• No question will be asked, Guaranteed Return but we need a copy of Invoice.

• Stamped amount on the return envelope will be reimbursed by the return cheque.
