| These vitamins come the closest to Dr. Marilyn Shannon's recommendations for those with fertility or PMS issues. Her book goes into more details but these are great all around vitamins, not wimpy. One thing to note is that you need to take 6 a day to get the full dose--but that can be spread over the 3 meals (and you can choose to take fewer if you don't need the full dose). |

| I have always been struggling with low iron levels. In my last two pregnancies, I always had had supplements with iron. Then on the advice of my friend I started taking Professional Prenatal and my iron levels were good for the first time during this third pregnancy. It is really a great stuff. |
