| Add five (5) rounded scoops (126 g) to 16 fl oz (2 cups) cold water, milk or your favorite beverage. Use an electric blender or a shaker bottle to mix thoroughly. Serve immediately. Consume 1-3 servings per day with or between meals depending on your calorie intake goals. |
