| Warning for Anamu Powder |
| This plant is best prepared as an infusion (tea): Use one teaspoon of powder for each cup of water. Pour boiling water over herb in cup and allow to steep 10 minutes. Strain tea (or allow settled powder to remain in the bottom of cup) and drink warm. It is traditionally taken in 1/2 cup dosages, 1-2 times daily. |

| Anamu Powder works wonders, within three to four weeks. It is excellent in conditions as mentioned in title. Anamu Powder also removes the amount of toxins in the bloodstream that the anti-viral drugs for AIDS leave behind or cause. The only side effect is one of the bottoms of the feet turning black and leathery. |
